45 Healthy Air Fryer Recipes

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the tilapia fillets on a large plate and baste with olive oil.
  3. Mix the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over the tilapia then place them in a single layer in your air fryer.
  5. Air fry the tilapia for 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  6. Remove them from the air fryer and serve!
