    • Hi Amanda, if you have an older model Foodi, you would need to choose the steam option and then the air crisp option since it does have the function to do both. I would do about 15 minutes of the time in steam and rest on air fry.

    • I have the older kind without steamcrisp and I just poured the chicken broth in the pot and cooked it with the aircrisp setting, it came out great.

    • Thank you for asking this question and for all that answered! I was searching the internet for what is and where is my steam crisp button!

  1. I also do not have the Ninja Foodie that has a steamcrisp option. I am trying it at 20 min steam then 5 min air crisp. My steam setting does not give the option to adjust the temperature, so I’ll do the last 5 min at 375 I guess and we’ll see how it goes!

  2. Thank you, Amanda for your question because I had the same one and therefore, thank you Samantha, for your answer! 😁

  3. Same here. I have “Tendercrisp” which gives bake, broil or air crisp and then I have “steam” or “pressure”. I’ve never used steam but it seems to want my pressure lid. I’m going to try bake/roast, then air fry so I don’t have to switch lids. Maybe the roasting will create steam with the chicken broth in the bottom.
