Can You Eat in an Air Fryer While on Weight Watchers?

Yes! An air fryer uses very little to no oil when cooking making it much healthier than deep-frying food. And it’s crispier and faster than cooking it in the oven.

While you can eat on Weight Watchers in the air fryer, it’s important to choose the right foods. It’s so easy to get sucked into Air Fryer Oreos or Air Fryer Lava Cakes and lose track of points.

This list is intended to help you find the right recipes to start with!

How Can I Calculate Weight Watcher Points on Other Recipes?

To calculate points for recipes you need to have an active Weight Watchers membership or access to a point calculator.

Input all of the ingredients listed at the bottom of each recipe post then calculate how many points per serving it is.

You can check out our list of Air Fryer Healthy Recipes for more ideas to make and use your calculator with.
