One thing that I love about my Ninja Foodi is all of its different functions. You can bake, roast, grill, dehydrate, and even air fry with this versatile kitchen appliance.

I’ve made so many different dishes with mine. From main dishes to side dishes and everything in between, I really do try to get the most use out of it as I can!

Today’s recipe is a wonderful main dish option. Ninja Foodi steak is made with just 5 ingredients — I’m willing to bet that you have almost all of them at home already.

I love making this dish during the week when I don’t have a lot of time on my hands.

It’s ready to eat in under 30 minutes, which is exactly the type of recipe I look for on busy days.

Ninja Foodi ribeye steak is the perfect solution for those days when you’re craving grilled steak but don’t want to set up your grill.

I used a Ninja Foodi air fryer/pressure cooker combo appliance for this recipe.

STEP THREE: For medium rare, cook the steak on the rack in the higher position for 10-12 minutes, making sure to flip once halfway through. If you like your grilled steak well done, add 5 minutes to the cooking time.

STEP FOUR: While your Ninja Foodi steak cooks, create the simple compound butter. Mash the butter, garlic, and fresh parsley together until well combined.

STEP FIVE: Remove the steak from the Foodi and top with a large dollop of butter. Allow it to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

I finally took my Foodi Pro out of the box (after a year) and have made pork chops in it. My wife and I are doing a keto diet and I look forward to making this steak as part of the diet!

    1. Erica says:

That’s fantastic to hear that you’re putting your Foodi Pro to good use with pork chops! Best of luck with your keto diet journey. This steak recipe should be a great addition to your menu.

  3. Darcie says:

Thanks for the recipe, but what is it the air crisp function? I have air fryer and steam crisp? I’m a new owner of the Foodie Smart Lid and don’t see this setting? Confused and hungry!
    Thank you!

    1. Samantha says:

Air fry and air crisp functions are the same, they just changed the wording of it. So you can just select the “Air Fry” option. I think it’s “air fry/grill” on that version.

Hi, I tried this recipe, and it turned out fantastic. The meat was tender and moist. The flavor was fantastic, especially with the hot sauce.

  5. Divinity says:

What level of doneness will this receipe render?

    1. Sam says:

Hi Divinity, My steak was 1″ thick and it produced a medium doneness at 12 minutes. Medium rare would be around the 10 minute mark, and well done would be around 15-17 minutes. I hope this helps!
