Cookies

Cookies are my favorite thing to bake when I want something sweet but don’t want to commit to a whole cake. There are classic drop cookies, cake mix shortcuts, cookie bars, and a bunch of holiday favorites I bake every year. Some are 20 minutes start to finish, others take an hour, but all of them use simple ingredients.

These are easy enough that even my kids can help me put a batch in the oven!
