Vegetables

Vegetable sides are how I round out almost every dinner in my house. I keep them simple, usually roasted in the oven or thrown together as a quick salad. You’ll find roasted vegetables, salads, casseroles, and a bunch of family-friendly sides the kids will eat without complaint.

Most of these go with any main and most take less than 20 minutes to put together!
