Chicken Bacon Wrap

Ingredients

– Chicken breasts – Paprika – Garlic powder – Cooked bacon, chopped – Tomato, chopped – Lettuce, chopped – Mayonnaise – Dijon mustard – Colby jack cheese, shredded – Burrito-size flour tortillas

Season the chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear the chicken in a heated  non-stick skillet on both sides.

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and mustard. Heat a skillet, add one tortilla and warm on each side

Step 2

Spread the mayo-mustard on each tortilla. Sprinkle on cheese, chicken breast, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.

Step 3

Fold the tortilla and spray the seam with cooking oil. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes

Step 4 

Spray the top with cooking spray and flip. Repeat the process and cook for 3-4 minutes. Cut the wraps in half and serve warm.
