– Flour – Baking powder – Salt – Cinnamon – Bananas  – Canola oil – Egg – Vanilla – Sugar

In a bowl, stir flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon

Mash the bananas, then stir in the egg, canola oil, and vanilla extract.

Mix in the sugar, then add the flour and stir. Transfer the batter to the baking pan.  Air fry for 25-30 mins.

Allow to cool completely. Slice and serve!
