INGREDIENTS

– 1- 16 ounce block of extra firm tofu – 2 tablespoon soy sauce – 1 tablespoon avocado oil – 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil – 1 teaspoon rice vinegar – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon ginger powder – 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Squeeze the tofu blocks, then cut into 1 inch blocks.

~ Marinate the tofu blocks in the marinade for 15 mins.  ~ Sprinkle cornstarch over all sides of the tofu cubes. ~ Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket!

Cook for 10 mins, flipping occasionally & carefully with tongs, till cooked to the desired crispiness.

Serve & enjoy!

Leftovers can easily be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 3-5 days. To reheat, air fry tofu until warm & crisp again!
