– boneless skinless chicken breasts – olive oil – Salt and pepper to taste – honey – Sriracha  – Soy sauce – Rice vinegar

Add the chicken breasts to the heated skillet and season with salt and pepper, allow to sear 3-4 mins.

Then flip and reduce heat to medium low and cook an additional 10-15 mins.

Meanwhile, combine the honey, water, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar and salt and pepper.

Pour into the pan during the last 2-3 mins of cooking. Allow the sauce to caramelize and thicken before serving.
