Peach Smoothie Recipe (No Ice!)

My peach smoothie recipe is thick and creamy with no ice needed, so every sip stays full of peach flavor. It's made with just 4 ingredients and blends up in about 5 minutes!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces peaches frozen
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Add the milk, yogurt, and banana to a large blender.
  • Top it off with the frozen peaches.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash more milk if it is too thick.
  • Pour into glasses and serve right away.

Notes

For the thickest smoothie, keep the peaches and banana frozen and add the milk first so it blends smoothly. Use less milk for a spoonable, thicker smoothie or a little more for a pourable one. Smoothies are best fresh, but you can store one in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer and drink it within 48 hours.
