Oreo Mug Cake

This oreo mug cake could not be easier– with just three ingredients and five minutes of prep time. The result is a soft and fluffy chocolate cake that’s sure to quickly satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 6 regular oreos
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder optional
  • Whipped cream and a crushed oreo for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the oreos in a plastic bag and crush them to a fine crumb. 
  • Grease a coffee mug with nonstick baking spray and add the crushed oreos. 
  • Next add the milk and baking powder and stir to combine. 
  • Cook the mug cake for 90 seconds and then allow it to sit in the microwave for another 2 minutes. 
  • Garnish with whipped cream and crushed oreo. Enjoy immediately.
