Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  • Allow it to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then serve with your favorite fruits!

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Adjust the sweetness to taste. If only serving tarter fruits, a little extra honey may be needed.
  • Use dry measuring cups, not wet measuring cups, to measure out the yogurt.
  • Use the same measuring cup for the yogurt and then the honey. Filling it with yogurt first lets the honey slide out of the cup more easily once measured so less will get stuck.
  • Avoid over-mixing the yogurt fruit dip.
  • Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
