- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt room temperature
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until it's smooth.
Stir in the powdered sugar, then add the vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Use a hand mixer to make the dip faster and get a nice and smooth consistency.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar to adjust the sweetness of the dip. I usually add half the sugar, taste it, and keep adding it in until it’s the sweetness level I want.
- Only use room temperature cream cheese for the easiest mixing and a smooth texture.
- Serve with fruits like apples, strawberries, pineapple, and grapes, or other foods like animal crackers, graham crackers, Nilla wafers, and more.
- Store leftovers covered tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days, but toss it if it's been sitting out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
