Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until it's smooth.
  • Stir in the powdered sugar, then add the vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use a hand mixer to make the dip faster and get a nice and smooth consistency.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar to adjust the sweetness of the dip. I usually add half the sugar, taste it, and keep adding it in until it’s the sweetness level I want.
  • Only use room temperature cream cheese for the easiest mixing and a smooth texture.
  • Serve with fruits like apples, strawberries, pineapple, and grapes, or other foods like animal crackers, graham crackers, Nilla wafers, and more.
  • Store leftovers covered tightly in plastic wrap or in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days, but toss it if it's been sitting out at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
