(2) 1.5 pounds turkey tenderloins 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
Sprinkle the turkey evenly with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place the turkey inside the air fryer and cook it for 25 minutes, flipping once. The internal temperature of the tenderloin should be 165 degrees.
Remove the turkey from the air fryer, and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
To get the best crispiness along the edges, always pat the tenderloins dry before seasoning to remove extra moisture.
Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature at the thickest part of the tenderloin reaches 165 degrees F for perfectly cooked turkey!
Always let the turkey rest for at least 5 minutes after air frying so the juices can redistribute. This is the key to moist, tender turkey!
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
Reheat leftovers in a preheated air fryer at 350 degrees F for 5 to 6 minutes until warmed.
