Ingredients

  • (2) 1.5 pounds turkey tenderloins
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  • Sprinkle the turkey evenly with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the turkey inside the air fryer and cook it for 25 minutes, flipping once. The internal temperature of the tenderloin should be 165 degrees.
  • Remove the turkey from the air fryer, and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • To get the best crispiness along the edges, always pat the tenderloins dry before seasoning to remove extra moisture.
  • Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature at the thickest part of the tenderloin reaches 165 degrees F for perfectly cooked turkey!
  • Always let the turkey rest for at least 5 minutes after air frying so the juices can redistribute. This is the key to moist, tender turkey!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
  • Reheat leftovers in a preheated air fryer at 350 degrees F for 5 to 6 minutes until warmed.
