26 ounceboneless and skinless yellowfin tuna steaks
1/4cupsoy sauce
2teaspoonshoney
1teaspoongrated ginger
1teaspoonsesame oil
1/2teaspoonrice vinegar

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes covered in the fridge.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees and then cook the tuna steaks in one layer for 4 minutes.
Let the air fryer tuna steaks rest for a minute or two, then slice, and enjoy immediately! Garnish with green onions and/or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes
Use fresh, high-quality, wild-caught ahi tuna for the best flavor and texture. Look for tuna steaks that are firm, deep red, and don’t have a strong fishy smell.
Pat the tuna steaks dry with a paper towel before placing them in the marinade so they can really soak up all the flavor.
Don’t marinate the tuna for too long or it can start to break down the texture.
Preheat the air fryer before cooking the tuna. This is crucial to getting that sear on the outside without overcooking the inside.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
