You can’t go wrong making garlic butter steak bites in the air fryer! Serve this 15-minute crowd-pleasing dinner with steamed veggies, potatoes, or noodles.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F.
  • Cut steak into 1½-inch cubes.
  • Whisk together oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper then add steak to bowl and toss together with sauce until coated.
  • Air fry the steak at 400 °F for 7-12 minutes. (7 minutes = more rare / 12 minutes = medium-well).
  • Remove them from the air fryer and let rest for at least 3 minutes, then enjoy!

Notes

How to reheat steak bites:

Cook leftovers in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 2 to 3 minutes until warmed through.

Doneness Chart:

  • Rare: 6 to 7 minutes (120 to 125 degrees F)
  • Medium rare: 7 to 8 minutes (130 to 135 degrees F)
  • Medium: 10 minutes (140 to 145 degrees F)
  • Medium-well: 12 minutes (150 to 155 degrees F)
