Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken then season with salt and pepper. Combine the poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder then rub the seasoning onto the chicken until they're evenly coated.
Air fry the chicken thighs for 18 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time, until a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Allow them to rest for a few minutes and serve.
