- 1 pound baby potatoes cleaned
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Combine the baby potatoes, melted butter, oregano, and sea salt in a bowl and mix them to coat evenly.
Add the baby potatoes to the air fryer and cook them for 14-16 minutes until they're tender when pierced with a fork. Turn them halfway through the cooking time.
- Cut larger baby potatoes in half to keep the sizes consistent.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket. Put them in a single layer so the potatoes get crispy instead of steaming and cook them in batches if necessary.
- Turn the potatoes halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
- Test the potatoes with a fork to see if they’re done. They're done when they can be easily pierced with a fork.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat leftovers in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes until they're crispy again.
