Crispy Frozen Sweet Potatoes in the Air Fryer
My frozen sweet potato fries go straight from the freezer to the air fryer at 400 degrees. They cook in about 8 minutes, faster than the oven, and I don't add oil since most bagged fries already have some. I just shake the basket halfway through and add a little salt at the end. It's the easiest side dish I make.

- 10 ounces frozen sweet potato fries
Optional
- sea salt to taste
- Oil for misting if needed
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Place the sweet potato fries into the air fryer in a single layer and cook then for 7-8 minutes shaking the basket halfway through. Add oil if needed.
Remove them from the air fryer and add sea salt if desired.
Cook the fries in a single layer so the air can move around them, and preheat the air fryer for the crispiest result. You don't need to add oil unless they look dry halfway through, since most frozen fries already have some.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, air fry at 400°F for 2 to 3 minutes until hot and crispy again.
