Spread the frozen hash browns in a single layer inside, spray the top of the hash brown layer with olive oil spray, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook for a total of 23 minutes, flipping and spritzing them with a little oil with just 5 minutes left to cook.
Remove to a serving plate, season with additional salt and pepper if desired, and serve.
