- 2 21 ounce cans blueberry pie filling
- 15.25 ounces Butter Golden cake mix or Vanilla cake mix
- 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Empty both cans of the blueberry pie filling into the prepared dish.
In a medium bowl, add the cake mix and melted butter. Stir until crumbly clumps start to form.
Evenly scatter the cake mix crumbles over the blueberry layer.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbling around the edges.
Let the blueberry cobbler cool for 10 minutes and then serve with vanilla ice cream and fresh blueberries, if desired.
- Over time, if the cobbler is left uncovered, the blueberries will oxidize and turn a blue-grey, so make sure it is properly covered in plastic wrap when storing leftovers.
- You can serve the cobbler with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
- If the top of the cobbler is getting too dark, cover with aluminum foil for the remainder of the bake.
