Ingredients

  • 2 21 ounce cans blueberry pie filling
  • 15.25 ounces Butter Golden cake mix or Vanilla cake mix
  • 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Empty both cans of the blueberry pie filling into the prepared dish.
  • In a medium bowl, add the cake mix and melted butter. Stir until crumbly clumps start to form.
  • Evenly scatter the cake mix crumbles over the blueberry layer.
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the blueberry filling is bubbling around the edges.
  • Let the blueberry cobbler cool for 10 minutes and then serve with vanilla ice cream and fresh blueberries, if desired.

Notes

  • Over time, if the cobbler is left uncovered, the blueberries will oxidize and turn a blue-grey, so make sure it is properly covered in plastic wrap when storing leftovers.
  • You can serve the cobbler with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
  • If the top of the cobbler is getting too dark, cover with aluminum foil for the remainder of the bake.
