- 1 pint heavy whipping cream cold
- ¼ cup confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Chill the mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes before preparing the whipped cream.
Pour the pint of the heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract into the bowl.
Start the mixer slowly to incorporate the sugar with the cream and work up to mixing on high.
Continue to beat until you have stiff peaks. It should look like the consistency of Cool Whip.
