Ingredients

  • 2 large split chicken breasts bone-in, skin on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh minced parsley optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F, line a roasting dish with parchment paper for easier clean up and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the oil, garlic, salt, oregano, paprika, and black paprika.
  • Rub the chicken with the oil mixture, then transfer to the baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F and juices run clear.
  • Serve immediately.
