- 2 large split chicken breasts bone-in, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh minced parsley optional
Preheat oven to 400 F, line a roasting dish with parchment paper for easier clean up and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the oil, garlic, salt, oregano, paprika, and black paprika.
