Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds red potatoes scrubbed and cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 medium onions cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large mix bowl, toss the potatoes and onions with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until the veggies are well coated with the oil and seasoning.
  • Transfer the mixture to the preheated air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through., or until the potatoes and onions are tender.
