Ingredients

  • 1 cup peach slices fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon divided
  • ½ cup bisquick
  • cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 360 F, grease two one cup ramekins and set aside
  • In a small bowl, stir together the peach slices, sugar, cornstarch, and half the cinnamon until peaches are completely coated; divide between the prepared ramekins
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the bisquick, milk and remaining cinnamon
  • Divide bisquick mixture between the ramekins, then cook in air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden on top and cooked through
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving with ice cream
