- 1.5 pounds fingerling potatoes washed and sliced in half lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F.
In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with oil, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and salt until all potatoes are evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to the preheated air fryer and cook 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, or until cooked through.
How to reheat fingerling potatoes:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
2. Add potatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they are hot all the way through.
