Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black ground pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place them in the preheated air fryer basket.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the sauce over the chicken thighs.
  • Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway if desired, until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
