Strawberry Fruit Dip

This strawberry fruit dip is an easy and delicious treat you can have ready in less than 5 minutes! It starts with rich strawberry cream cheese that’s flavored with lemon and vanilla and then folded with Cool Whip for a light and fluffy fruit dip.

1 block strawberry cream cheese softened ½ cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ½ teaspoon strawberry extract 4 ounces cool whip thawed in the fridge
Add the strawberry cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and beat until light and fluffy– about 1 minute.
Next, add the powdered sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and strawberry extract. Mix again until smooth and creamy– about 1 minute.
Add the cool whip and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
Transfer to your serving bowl and serve with strawberries, sliced apples, or graham crackers.
Enjoy!
Store any leftover strawberry dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
