Strawberry Fruit Dip

This strawberry fruit dip is an easy and delicious treat you can have ready in less than 5 minutes! It starts with rich strawberry cream cheese that’s flavored with lemon and vanilla and then folded with Cool Whip for a light and fluffy fruit dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 block strawberry cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon strawberry extract
  • 4 ounces cool whip thawed in the fridge

Instructions
 

  • Add the strawberry cream cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and beat until light and fluffy– about 1 minute. 
  • Next, add the powdered sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and strawberry extract. Mix again until smooth and creamy– about 1 minute. 
  • Add the cool whip and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. 
  • Transfer to your serving bowl and serve with strawberries, sliced apples, or graham crackers.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

  • Store any leftover strawberry dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
