Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 medium bananas mashed (about one cup)
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 310 F.  Grease and flour a loaf pan (8x4 or 9x5 with no ledges will fit in most square air fryers)
  • In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, set aside
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas, then stir in the egg, canola oil, and vanilla extract
  • Mix in the sugar, then add the flour and stir until just combined. 
  • transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan, then air fry in preheated air fryer for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
  • Allow to cool 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
