Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds fingerling potatoes washed and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 F.
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with oil, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and salt until all potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the preheated air fryer and cook 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, or until cooked through.

Notes

How to reheat fingerling potatoes:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
2. Add potatoes and cook for 3-5 minutes or until they are hot all the way through.
