Pat the wings completely dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over them, tossing to coat.
In a small bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper. Sprinkle over the wings and toss to coat completely.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Add the wings in a single layer (skin side up) to the air fryer without touching, and cook for 15 minutes. Carefully flip the wings and cook for 5 to 8 more minutes. Repeat the cooking process with the remaining wings if needed.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir in the minced garlic and parmesan. Transfer the fully cooked wings from the air fryer to a large bowl, toss with the garlic butter, and serve garnished with parsley if desired.
