Spread the frozen hash browns in a single layer inside, spray the top of the hash brown layer with olive oil spray, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook for 18 minutes. Use a spatula to divide the hash browns and carefully flip them. Spray with olive oil spray and continue to air fry for about 5 more minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crispy to your liking.
Remove to a serving plate, season with additional salt and pepper if desired, and serve.
