- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
- 8 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 20- oz bag of Southwestern Style Shredded Hash Browns
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese
- Green onion optional
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Cook sausage till it is crumbly and no longer pink. Place in a bowl or plate lined with paper towels to soak up any excess grease.
In a large bowl, whisk your eggs with salt and pepper, and milk.
Combine your hash browns, sausage, and cheese with your egg mixture.
Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, till the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Garnish with green onions, if you’d like.
Serve and enjoy.
