Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 20- oz bag of Southwestern Style Shredded Hash Browns
  • 2 cups Colby Jack cheese
  • Green onion optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 
  • Cook sausage till it is crumbly and no longer pink. Place in a bowl or plate lined with paper towels to soak up any excess grease. 
  • In a large bowl, whisk your eggs with salt and pepper, and milk.
  • Combine your hash browns, sausage, and cheese with your egg mixture. 
  • Pour into a greased 9x13 casserole dish. 
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, till the top is golden and the casserole is set. 
  • Garnish with green onions, if you’d like. 
  • Serve and enjoy.
