3-Ingredient Fruit Dip with Marshmallow Fluff

My fruit dip with marshmallow fluff comes together with 3 ingredients and no cooking. Whipped cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and a little vanilla get mixed until smooth and airy. I use whipped cream cheese instead of a block so the dip stays soft and scoopable, even straight from the fridge. Serve it with strawberries, apple slices, graham crackers, or whatever dippers you like.

Equipment

  • Electric hand mixer
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces whipped cream cheese at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow fluff 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For serving

  • Apples, strawberries, pineapple slices, vanilla wafers, etc.

Instructions

  • Add the marshmallow fluff, whipped cream cheese, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer until well combined, about 1 minute.
  • Transfer the fruit dip to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite fruit for dipping.

Notes

The whipped cream should be at room temperature for a smooth texture. If cold, it could create cold chunks of cream cheese in the dip.
Use whipped cream cheese instead of the block cream cheese for a lighter texture so it stays scoopable.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
