– Very ripe bananas – Quick oats – Semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a bowl, mash bananas with a fork. Fold the oatmeal in, followed by the chocolate chips.

Divide into 2-inch balls and place on the baking sheet. Flatten each ball until about 1/4-1/2 inch thick.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool before transferring them to a wire rack.
