Meatballs without Breadcrumbs

– Ground beef – All-purpose flour  – Mozzarella cheese – Chopped parsley – Egg – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Italian seasoning – Olive oil – Fresh parsley

Combine ground meat, cheese, chopped parsley, egg, spices, salt, and black pepper.

Step 1

Form the meat mixture into meatballs. Roll each meatball in all-purpose flour.

Step 2

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Add meatballs and brown on all sides.

Step 3

Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Warm up your favorite sauce in a separate pot.

Step 4

Serve the delicious meatballs with the warmed marinara sauce, along with pasta, rice, or any desired side dish.
