Banana Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

– Milk – Old-fashioned rolled oats – All-purpose flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Unsalted butter, melted  – Granulated sugar – Brown sugar, packed – Large eggs – Mashed ripe bananas – Pure vanilla extract – Blueberries

Prep the oats and milk mixture - set aside. In another bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

Step 1

In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, then fold in the oats mixture.

Step 2

Toss the blueberries in 2 tablespoons of flour, then add them to the batter. Divide the batter between the muffin cups.

Step 3

Bake for 18 to 23 mins. Allow the muffins to cool for 5 mins, then transfer to a wire rack!
