Macaroni Corn Casserole Recipe

– Dried elbow macaroni – Cream style corn – Whole corn kernels  – Velveeta, diced – Sharp cheddar cheese – Butter – Crushed ritz crackers

In a bowl, combine the uncooked macaroni, corn, whole corn kernels, Velveeta, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 1

Transfer to the baking dish and sprinkle over the stick of diced butter. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then stir.

Step 2 

Melt the remaining butter and stir with the ritz crackers. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the casserole.

Step 3 

Top with the ritz cracker crumbs. Bake the macaroni creamed corn for an additional 25 minutes.
