– Store bought refrigerated pie crusts – Canned peach slices – Brown sugar – Cornstarch – Lemon juice – Ground cinnamon – Ground nutmeg – Large egg

Mix together the peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Transfer to the prepared pie pan.

Slice the remaining pie crust into thick strips and create a lattice on top of the pie. Fold the edges of the pie crust.

Brush the top crust with the egg wash. Bake the pie for  60-65 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.

Transfer the pie to the fridge and allow it to chill for 2 hours before serving.
