– Graham cracker crumbs – Granulated sugar – Kosher salt – Unsalted butter, melted – All purpose flour – Large eggs – Fresh lemon zest – Pure vanilla extract – Lemon juice – Powdered sugar

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt. Add the melted butter and stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.


Transfer the crust mixture to the prepared pan and press it into an even layer. Bake the crust for 8 minutes.


In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, and eggs. Add the lemon zest and vanilla extract and stir to combine.


Slowly pour in the lemon juice, whisking constantly. Carefully pour the lemon layer on top of the crust.


Bake the lemon bars for  40-43 mins. Allow the bars to cool before slicing!


When ready to serve, add the powdered sugar to a fine mesh sieve and dust it evenly over the lemon bars.
