- Unsalted butter - Light brown sugar - Large egg - Pure vanilla extract - All-purpose flour - Baking soda - Kosher salt - Butterscotch chips - Semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix.


In a bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.


Fold in the butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill for 30 mins. 


Scoop out the dough. Space them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes.


Tap the tray on the counter to sink the centers. Return the cookies to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
