Bisquick Cinnamon Coffee Cake

โ€“ Bisquick โ€“ Brown sugar โ€“ Ground cinnamon โ€“ Cold butter โ€“ Eggs โ€“ Sour cream โ€“ Whole milk โ€“ Vanilla โ€“ Powdered sugar โ€“ Heavy cream

Mix together the bisquick, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then cut in the butter; set in the fridge until needed.

Step 1

In a bowl whisk together the bisquick, sugar, egg, sour cream, milk, and vanilla until smooth.

Step 2

Spread ยฝ the batter into the prepared pan. Add half the cinnamon topping.

Step 3

Add the remaining batter in small dollops on top. Smooth the remaining batter over the cinnamon filling.

Step 4

Top with remaining crumble mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Step 5

Add the cream to the powdered sugar, and mix, then drizzle over the cooled cake Allow the glaze to set for 15 minutes.
