Air Fryer Chicken Tenders with Flour


– Chicken tenders – Buttermilk  – All-purpose flour – Paprika – Garlic powder – Black pepper – Baking powder – Egg

Place chicken tenders in a zipper bag with the buttermilk and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Step 1

Let the chicken sit at room temperature. Whisk egg and water in a bowl. Transfer the chicken tenders to the bowl.

Step 2

In a zipper bag, add flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Seal and shake.

Step 3 

Remove the tenders from the egg, then place them in the bag with the flour. Seal and shake. Remove the tenders to a plate.

Step 4 

Lay the tenders in the air fryer. Spray the tenders with cooking spray.

Step 5 

Air fry the tenders for 15-20 minutes, flipping them once halfway through and spritzing them again with cooking spray.
