Easy Lemon Cranberry Bars

INGREDIENTS

– All purpose flour – Powdered sugar – Salted butter, melted – Can jellied cranberry sauce – Granulated sugar – Lemon, juiced and zested – Cornstarch – Large eggs – Pure vanilla extract

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour & powdered sugar. Add the melted butter & mix to combine.

Pour the dough into the pan & press it gently into an even layer. Bake the shortbread crust  for 15-18 mins.

Whisk together the cranberry layer, then spread over the shortbread crust.

Whisk together the  lemon mixture.

Pour the lemon mixture over the cranberry layer.

Bake for 30-35 mins. Cool to room temperature, then place them in the fridge to chill for at least 4 hrs!
