AIR FRYER BABY BACK RIBS

INGREDIENTS

– Pork baby back ribs – Paprika – Garlic powder – Salt – Brown sugar – Chili powder – Black pepper – BBQ sauce

Peel the silverskin from the back of the ribs then cut the rack into 2-3 sections that fit into your air fryer basket.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar & the seasonings + spices.  Season both sides of the ribs with the spice mixture bbq spice rub, covering both sides well!

 Place the rib sections in the air fryer basket, meat side down & air fry for 15 mins. Flip the ribs with a pair of tongs & air fry them for an additional 10-12 mins.

When the timer is up, open the basket & brush the ribs with BBQ sauce! Close the air fryer & cook for another 5 mins.

Remove the ribs & allow them to rest for 5-10 mins before serving with additional BBQ sauce if desired.
