  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts on a plate and brush them with olive oil.
  • Add the Shake N Bake packet to the plastic bag that comes in the box and shake the chicken breasts, one at a time, to coat; discard any remaining coating.
  • Place the coated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Spray the tops of the chicken with cooking oil spray, then air fry at 380 degrees F for 14-18 minutes, flipping once halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving as desired.

Notes

How to reheat shake and bake chicken:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees.
2. Add chicken to the basket and cook for 4-5 minutes or until it's hot.
