Orange Creamsicle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 15 oz white cake mix any brand will do
  • 3 oz orange powdered jello
  • 2 tbsp orange zest
  • 8 tbsp butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 11 oz white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. 
  • Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl combine the cake mix, orange jello powder and orange zest using a hand mixer.
  • Add the butter and the eggs and beat for about 1 minute.
  • Add the white chocolate chips and fold using a silicone spoon.
  • Scoop about 1 1/2 tbsp of dough and roll into a ball and place onto the baking sheet with about 1-2 inches in between them.
  • Bake the cookies for about 8-10 minutes. 
  • Let cool and enjoy!
