- ¾-1 pound salmon filet with skin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 lemon sliced (plus more for serving)
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Pat salmon dry, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Pour water into the inner pot of the ninja foodi, then place the trivet inside.
Put the lemon slices on the trivet, reserving two for the top of the salmon.
Place the seasoned salmon on the lemon slices, and top with remaining lemon slices and rosemary.
Cook at high pressure for four minutes, with a quick pressure release.
Serve immediately.
