- 1 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pork tenderloin about 1 - 1.5 lb total, sliced in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, seasoned salt, italian seasoning and garlic powder; set aside.
Pat the pork dry with paper towels, drizzle oil on top and rub with the seasoning mix.
Air fry at 400 F using the air fry basket for 16-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Let rest for at least 3 minutes, slice into pieces, and serve immediately.
